Purpose of the study; questioning how the Colonial and Post-Colonial domination structures in the new world order in the global capitalist system can be sustained and how they can survive through the method of literature search from the viewpoint of Aimé Césaire. Another corresponding meaning of Colonialism in its literal sense in literature is imperialism. Post-Colonial movement shave also existed in the Colonial system which has been forming and gone parallel to it. Colonial process has been carried out not in a military but political, economican despecially cultural ways. This process still continue sit sexistence as the representation of the concept of “manufacture of consent”, which has been brought in to literature by Antonio Gramsci, and as the so-called modern stand of the capital cycle. There is no enforcement or physical occupation in the process of manufacture of consent. At this point, Aimé Césaire and his friends put forth their world view from cultural, literary and philosophical perspectives in their own peculiar way arguing that their studies on Colonialism differ from globally renowned doctrines.
