THE VIEWS OF THE COMPUTER ASSISTED MUSIC COURSE TEACHERS OF THE FINE ARTS HIGH SCHOOL ABOUT THE COURSE ORIENTED CONTENT AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Cognition is defined as the processing of information which is the backbone of science that people use in most fields with computers and other devices in a regular and reasonable manner. As a result of the processing of information in this way, it is started to be needed information technologies in every kind of fields. Along with the developing technology, music has also become a scientific discipline that needs this system and tries to keep up with it. . In this context, information assisted music lesson which was taken in the curriculum by the ministry of education has been taught in Fine Arts High School since 2006.In recent years, within the scope of Fatih Project,with the formation of information infrastructures aroused curiosity about how the course is taught. In this way, 51 Fine Arts High School Teachers were interviewed about the processing and physical conditions of the B.I.D.E.M. In the study the encountered problems in the application of the course were researched and it was aimed to find out solutions. The study is important in terms of contributing to the more efficient and effective processing of the B.I.D.E.M. course. According to the findings of the research, the majority of the teachers stated that there is no technical infrastructure required for the computer aided music lesson in their institutions. In addition, they pointed out that the notes and writing programs in the content of computer aided music lessons couldn’t be taken due to economical reasons. For this reason they stated that they have been using the demo versions of the programs.
